We have identified an excessive usage of CodePush service and implemented stricter throttling logic to allow the service to operate normally.
The current throttling limit for all applications is 8 requests per 5 minutes per unique user device and IP address. If you still see 429 responses, please make sure your application is not checking for update too often (the default behavior is to check for update only during application startup).
We keep monitoring the service operation and may adjust the throttling rules accordingly without prior notice.
